Deb Stabile, SPHR

Deb Stabile has over 23 years of experience as a Human Resources  Generalist, in a variety of capacities, predominately within the  consumer goods industry. Deb has familiarity with both the public and  private sectors having worked for Caldor, Macy’s, Swarovski and Pet Food  Experts.

Deb’s expertise is in Building Business Partnerships, Relationship  Management, Performance Management, Project Management and Increasing  Organizational Effectiveness by means of Talent Acquisition and Training  and Development. She has defined her life’s simple pleasure and passion  as “helping others succeed”.

Deb is an active member of both the National Society for Human  Resource Management (SHRM) and the Rhode Island chapter of the Society  for Human Resource Management (RI SHRM). She has a Senior Professional  in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the HR Certification  Institute.

Deb first became involved with Job Club RI as an active member later  transitioning as a volunteer. She joined the Job Club RI Board of  Directors in 2015.
