Steve Bradley has over 15 years of talent acquisition experience in a variety of industries to include healthcare, consulting and financial services. He is currently the Head of Talent Acquisition Services at Citizens Bank where he leads a 22 person organization that provides recruiting infrastructure related tools and solutions to enable the Talent Acquisition team to fill close to 8,000 positions a year. Steve’s team is specifically responsible for the bank’s Employer Brand Marketing strategy, all recruiting support services, Compliance and Audit, project management for all recruiting related projects & he is responsible for managing the bank’s Sub Contract Labor program.
Prior to this role, he was responsible for leading the recruiting strategy for the Business Services division and all the Corporate Functions for the bank. He led a team of six recruiters delivering recruiting support for the following business units: Operations, Technology Services, Finance, Risk, Human Resources, Legal, Property, Security Services & Supply Chain Services. Annually, Steve’s team filled between 1,500-2,000 positions.
Prior to joining Citizens in 2011, Steve spent the previous 10 years of his career at Perot Systems, Ross Perot’s consulting organization and the technology solutions provider, Dell. While at Perot Systems, Steve was the Central & Eastern Region Recruiting Leader for their Healthcare Practice (7,000 person division). At Dell, he led their Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence responsible for Talent Acquisition Vendor strategy, Social Media, Employment Branding, Recruiting Orientation/Onboarding, M&A support and Talent Acquisition reporting & audit. Steve joined Dell as a part of the Perot Systems acquisition in 2009
Steve holds a BS & BA from the University of Delaware. He has also completed the Citizens Bank Leadership Development program at Babson College. He lives in Rhode Island with his wife Julie and their three children. He spends his spare time coaching youth sports in Cranston’s Edgewood neighborhood, coaching Little League baseball and girls’ basketball in the Edgewood Girls’ Basketball League. He is also very active at St. Paul’s Church serving as a Eucharistic Minister.
