Steve Bradley is a Senior Vice President and Head of Executive & high skill recruitment at Citizens Bank. He leads the recruiting strategy and manages a team of recruiters & sourcers to deliver talent acquisition support for the following business units: Executive talent for all bank divisions, Enterprise Technology & Security Services, Digital (Consumer Bank) and Enterprise Data & Analytics.

Prior to joining Citizens in 2011, Steve spent 10 years of his career at Perot Systems, Ross Perot’s consulting organization and the technology solutions provider, Dell.  While at Perot Systems, Steve was the Central & Eastern Region Recruiting Leader for their Healthcare Practice (7,000-person division).  At Dell, he led their Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence responsible for Talent Acquisition Vendor strategy, social media, Employment Branding, Recruiting Orientation/Onboarding, M&A support, and TA reporting & audit. Steve joined Dell as a part of the Perot Systems acquisition in 2009.

Steve holds a BS & BA from the University of Delaware. He lives in Rhode Island with his wife Julie and their three children. In his spare time, he does volunteer work to support the veteran community, is a member of Saint Paul Church’s Knights of Columbus council in Cranston, RI and is an active Eucharistic minister.
